What was the highlight of Morton Hotel
Very pleasant stay and will come back again.
The location is excellent, the staff are very helpful and pleasant, room and bathroom are nicely clean and of good size especially nice with high ceiling, bathroom amenities are good, public areas are very clean.
Lighting in the room is a bit dark. The temperature control is a bit strange - room was very cold but turned it up to 28C before feeling normal, not too warm nor cool. Room is spacious but it feels very empty as there’s no chair to sit on. It’ll make guests more comfortable to have 2 chairs and a small side or coffee table. Shower unit does not have door to stop water splashing all out on the floor. These are minor things but can upgrade guests’ comfort and experience.

Convenient, low-key place to stay with a nice vibe
Great location — a short walk from Russell Sq tube station which made transport to the airport easy. Fairly quiet neighborhood in the evenings. Charming decor inside and fairly new amenities, with a fridge which is rare in the UK. Bar in the basement next to the reception.
A little confusing getting into the building as the reception is downstairs and they expect you to download an app / complete an online check-in for the app key which will def be challenging for those who aren't app savvy.

What was the highlight of Morton Hotel
Centrally located luxury
I have stayed several times at this hotel, and it is always one I choose to come back to. It is beautifully designed, the beds are extremely comfortable, well located at Russell Square, with a lovely large bath! I also appreciate the water and biscuits provided too. The new 'mobile' check-in was easy too. Bijous and luxurious.

Charming hotel, beautifully decorated, great location, (bit noisy), friendly, helpful staff.
Great central location, elegantly decorated with lots of interesting photos of Virginia Woolf and the Bloomsbury set. It has charm. Well-cooked breakfast from a menu -(FYI no self-service buffet). Approachable and helpful staff. Would recommend.
As an older hotel, the windows let in quite a lot of noise as this is very centrally, located near the square, but I am a light sleeper. Husband slept like a log.
